e-gift card not working

I can't do anything with my e-gift cards. I tried on multiple browsers, but they aren't showing up. Is anyone else having an issue?

When I click on it in safari it just goes to a download and nothing opens up.

Hey @Jhop23- thanks for checking in about this! There aren't any issues with our eGift cards that I'm aware of at the moment. I know you mentioned you tried some different browsers, but have you also tried our browser troubleshooting steps to see if that helps? Let me know!
