contractors getting notifications of each others payments

I have two contractors. I just paid the second one for the first time and she messaged me saying she got a notice showing her the other's payroll amount.  What happened?  Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do to correct it?

Can you check to see if the contractor's are listed under Team Members? This can happen if the individual as full access.
