Can you provide some more info - are we assuming this is a Checkout issue with your online site ? If so, perhaps sharing your site's URL would be helpful so others here can take a look. Please understand that the Community is not the same as Tech Support or Customer Support however, there's quite a bit of hands on experience here. As per this site - there does not appear to be any Square System issues going on. You can always try unpublishing your site and then republishing your site - sometimes that fixes strange issues. The other option if the issue persists is contact Tech Support direct.

Thank you! I got ahold of customer service and he had me download app on my phone. I enter all info regarding customer on my computer then process the transaction on my phone. It works!!
