chage currency and country

hey, i live in Morocco and i sell my services to other countries (most of my costumers are in KSA) im new here but the problem i found that when i try to create a new invoice im only able to use M.A.D 
(Moroccan currency) i searched about the subject if i can change m invoice currency but i found that i need to create another account, now my question is: 
can i create another account in USA even if i live in Morocco, or i should living in based country with american phone number and address, creating an invoice with us dollar is fine with me

Card payment acceptance with the Square app is currently available in the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France and Spain. We currently don’t support payment card processing outside of these countries or in U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.
