Hi, since Square had the lateat update, all of my catagories have dropped off my website. I have followed all of the instructions on how to add the catagories from the item menu, yet nothing happens, I have been trying for 2 days and am ready to call it a day with square. Any help would be appriciated.

Hi @Lou8 thanks for the reply, sadly I had to contact Square customer service, on th phone for an hour, it seems there is technical issue their end, and they are trying to fix the problem. They have now added the catagories back onto my website, however the catagories are empty and I have tried every which way to add items to each catagory but to no avail, another 35 min phone call to Square and still not sorted, I am currently awaiting a call back but I think we all know that won't happen, I am about to call it a day with Sqauare.
They removed my order page in May when I transfered from Weebly and its taken them 4 months to get it back online for me, such a shower of w;'./, ers
