Hi @capsicum. Currently you can not do this with Square Online unless you make this an individual item. I understand this doesn’t quite do what you need or want. But it is what it is.
The only suggestion I can give you is to go to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request to the Online Team. Of course, even if they decide to add it to the roadmap, it will be a matter of months or longer before it is even beta tested.
