add a credit card processing fee to customers printed bill

I own 3 restaurants and they all use Square Pos. Is there a way to add 3.5% credit card processing fee to a printed bill where the cash option math is done for you so the customer can see the money saved by using cash option? I know Clover and Micros have integrations and really don't want to leave Square but tens of thousands of dollars lost when my competitors are reaping benefits by using a different merchant service is not going to work for us anymore.

You could create a Service charge of 3.5% and have it named Credit Card Processing Charge.  Add that to every bill and then show the customer before it is charged that this can be removed if they pay by Cash.  I do not believe there is a way to have it show on a receipt that they could have saved the 3.5% Credit Card Processing fee.  The other way which is more pleasing to people is to have a Cash Discount of 3.5%.  People like to save $$ and the wording of a discount and being able to show them the Discount if paid by cash might be an Option.  I am not sure what your servers use to show the bill if it is a tablet, Terminal or just the final bill.  Both my solutions would need the use of a handheld device and I am not sure that would be an option.  I use Square for Retail and maybe someone using Square for Restaurants might be able to give you a better solution.
