YouTube links show video as private and won't post, when it's a public video

Every time I try to add a YouTube video to my site, the icon gets a message saying the video is unavailable because it's marked as private. The video is marked as public on YouTube and I've tried copying the URL from my YouTube profile and my share link (which are different.)  Nothing loads the video or makes the "Video Unavailable: This Video is Private" error code go away.  Any ideas? Thank you.

HI, are you using the Video option within the Editor?

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, +Add Section, scroll down to Video, select Layout, Add, Done
