Every time I go to a business with square, the complete wrong phone number is associated with my card. I have even had multiple businesses try to change it on their end and save it, but the next time I purchase something it’s back to the wrong phone number
Hi @Asvalberg. Find an electronic receipt in your text history. You can search for “view your receipt from” in your message search box. Click on the receipt link and scroll to the bottom and click “Manage Preferences.” You’ll need to sign in.
The first thing you will need to do is add the new phone number to your account. Then you’ll be able to delete the phone number that is not correct.
That should take care of it for future purchases.

Ah. I misunderstood. I thought your phone number had changed, not that it had always been wrong. My apologies. You are going to need to get on the phone (or chat) with Square Support here. They should be able to correct it for you.
