Wrong Delivery Date

Hi There,

 

I cannot seem to get the delivery date correct.  The lead time on the cake is 2 days.  So set that up against the specific item.  Delivery is only on Saturdays.  Yet for some reason my online store always jumps to the NEXT saturday... 

 

For Example..

 

Business Hours : Mon - Saturday 8am to 5pm.

Chocolate Cake : 2 Business Day Lead Time.

Order Placed on Tuesday 24/11/2020.  Correct delivery date shoudl be for Saturday 28/11/2020.

But the actual Shopping Cart says delivery for NEXT Saturday.

 

any help would be well received.

This one is going to be difficult to try and troubleshoot without looking further into the context of how you have everything currently set up - my best recommendation for the fastest resolution here here would actually be to call our support team so they can look at what you have set up and what you should be changing. You call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time) 👍
