Afternoon.
I am currently running WooCommerce and have installed the Square plugin so my items sync to prevent over-selling online (we have had some issues where items sold at a pop up shop were later sold online).
I have added items to my WooCommerce store and the items have synced but on Square, they are showing as out of stock.
In the WooCommerce plugin, the sync mode was set to WooCommerce so my stock levels overwrite those on Square. This is whilst I add my products and allow the initial setup. My plan is to switch the sync mode to Square once all of the items are added.
The synced items appear in my Square dashboard but I have no idea why they are out of stock. I have checked the stock levels on WooCommerce and they are showing as being in stock with 1-30 items in stock.
Is there something I am missing or need to check?
We had the same setup you currently use and had the same problems, very frustrating. We found it so much easier to forget woocommerce and moved to Square online. The closer integration overcome these problems. Not probably what you want to hear or do, it’s what we did and it solved our stock problems and we are really happy with the outcome.
