I use my POS primarily offline and have never had issues. As of the last few days the app will not open and load unless connected to the internet. Any ideas?

Hmmm. Have you recently updated the app? Or started using a new device?
It could be that Offline Mode is no longer enabled on your device (when it's not enabled, you won't be able to use the app).
Let me know if this is the case. If not, I have some other troubleshooting ideas.
I just updated the app today. It hasn’t been connected to internet so it wasn’t updating. We will see in the morning if the update resolved the issue. The app won’t even load when it does it to enable or disable offline mode. It just says “loading” and eventually says to check network connections. We have used the pos on this device without WiFi and internet for nearly a month now with no glitches. It all started several days ago. @isabelle
