@Calvinxm51 Quick troubleshooting:
1. Hold down the button for at least 10 seconds to see if the reader will reset.
2. Try a different charging brick and a different charging cord (sometimes one or both will go bad)
3. Leave it plugged up at least 30 mins (in case it had completely discharged).
If none of that works then that is all you can do. Look up square warranty returns and you can see about a warranty exchange for a new one or order a new one.
