Why is the custom form send button not working consistently?

Hello? Does this support group work?

I've created a form for ice cream cake customization but the "send" button doesn't always work. Is anyone else having this issue? What can you do/ is being done to create a reliable customer experience with the custom forms?

Hi @kellyscones Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community! Can you please walk me through where you go to set up and send these forms? I want to try and follow the exact steps you take to make sure I catch any mistakes there. 

Also, when you say the "send" button doesn't always work, do you mean that it is grayed out, or does the screen refresh, or does nothing happen when you click send?

Nothing happens when you press send button

It is in the cake order tab.on the top of page .  I fill out order form but nothing happens when I hit send button.

Are you using a 3rd party integration? Again, can you please provide screenshots and more detailed information as to what is going on?

No, I am only using the custom quote form. When I made the second flavor for cakes "not required," it behaved and submitted the form when I tested it. I'd love to be assured that it will always submit the form and know I'm not missing any requests.
