One of our admins is having an issue with being able to see and post to team messages in square teams. We transitioned from Crew app and he had an old account with his phone number attached to it. The new admin account is set up through his email address and it will not allow him to add his phone number to that account giving an error message that that phone number is associated with another account. How can we merge the two accounts or delete the other one that uses his phone number so he can attach it to his current account and be able to post and view team messages? Thank you!
