Why is my promo code from text messages not working?

i set up text messages and it offers customers a code for subscribing. when customers tried to redeem it does not work

Are you able to include a screenshot of the coupon you are sending your customers, @perfectdesignz? A screenshot of the actual coupon would be great, as well as one from your Square Dashboard from the edit screen of your campaign. Thank you!

Another quick question out of curiosity: Have you tried opting in to your own text message marketing campaign yourself to test whether you are able to use the coupon yet?

Hello, I am having the same issues some customers can redeem and some don't have the option at all? I did the opt-in myself and it works for me but I need to figure out why my customers are not able to redeem. Please help if possible, thank you in advance
