Why is my new site not publishing changes?

I just created a new website today (with Weebly) and no matter how many times I push publish, the changes aren't showing up. 

This is a domain transfer, but the domain is showing up with a basic site (my business name, my name, and a random image). 

I first pushed Publish about 5 hours ago and the changes are still not taking effect. 

I've tried to get on chat, but apparently the wait times are too long and my chat goes idle. 

Thoughts?

Changes to your domain can take up to 48 hours until changes are reflected after you publish. Now that some time has passed since you posted here, are yous still running into the same issue?
