Hi, On the 19 December 2025, a client quickly paid $250 for a service after receiving an invoice, even before I could tell her that my square app is not yet configured to accept credit card payments. So immediately I did the refund and it was displaying pending. Today she checked her credit card statement and noticed it was debited and has never been credited. When I checked my transactions list in the app, I see that the refund is still pending. What can I do now?
