When I click "Try the new online store" nothing happens.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't be loading. Are you using the browser Google Chrome?
That's the browser that our Dashboard and new Online Store are most compatible with. Let me know if you are using Google Chrome and it's still not loading, so I can suggest some other troubleshooting steps.
