Why does my logo not save in the receipt image after I log off

I add in a jpeg logo which via Chrome and Explorer the receipt image page and it shows up in the example but as soon as I log off and login again it is gone. I do get the error telling me to upload a jpeg which is super not useful of course!

@TIMG007 Yikes, this is a first. Are you actually hitting Save? The best way to tackle this one is to take a video and call CS with it. Our Engineering team will need a visual so they can understand exactly what's going.
