Why are my emails notifications not being received?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Neither my customers nor my own email are getting notifications]

 

Has anyone else had issues with customers or your own account not receiving any notifications.  I send out estimates and invoices.  I checked my settings for notifications and they are set correctly.  Neither my customers nor myself have gotten those emails.

Is this issue occurring with multiple different customers across different email domains?

Thank you for the response.  

 

Yes, it was multiple customers, multiple domains including my own.  All settings for notifications were selected to send any and all notifications.  It went on either 1 or 2 days only, I am not sure how long it occurred because I sent estimates with other work/home distractions during this COVID-19 home stay.  The whole issue mysteriously stopped and notifications began again. 

 

None of the missed notifications were retroactively sent, but that is ok.  

 

Cause was unknown.  It wasn't a spam/trash filter, it was 100% on the Square.com server side.  Maybe an update kicked out some features for some users temporarily, but it works now.

 

Thanks again.  I will be more patent next time and wait a couple days and hope it fixes itself.

Our engineers had discovered an issue on the back end directly related to our email delivery system. We thank you again for posting in the Seller Community and helping contribute to our findings.

 

As a tip, we recommend checking  our status page at issquareup.com where we will notify our sellers of any ongoing or significant outages.

I didn't see anything posted on issquareup.com at all.  But this is great to share this with the community.  Where on the Square website does it address the website issquareup.com so others can find it?
