Why I cant see order delivery option?

I need to manually create an order and schedule it. It needs to be a delivery.

I already enabled the delivery in my settings.

 

I've read the help articles but there is no way I can understand why I cannot add a delivery order.

 

Someone knows how to do that?

Hi Violet thank you for reaching out.
Ive checked the Dining Options and all options are enabled: Eat In, To Go, Delivery and Pickup.
Still I cant see the delivery option when using the Square App nor when using the Web Desktop Dashboard.

Im starting my business and ideally what I want to achieve at this moment:
- Create one order (add items)

- Assign the customer

- Schedule the order

- Select delivery as fullfilment option

- Charge ZERO (customer will pay when the delivery happens)

I cant find a way to schedule an delivery order tat the customer will pay when he receives the item.
Im tracking my order using a Google Sheets it is far from ideal.

I'm still trying to find a solution here. I can see the delivery option in the app when I choose checkout-> charge.

But in the apple I can't create a order and schedule.

Please help. I still don't know why I can't schedule a order with DELIVERY option.
I don't know if this is possible because nobody gives me a proper answer.

Go to the Desktop Dashboard -> Order -> Create Order.
At the bottom you have ADD PICKUP (and you can schedule and set a date).
It is PICKUP. I want to crate a scheduled DELIVERY ORDER.

Please help.

@_Violet It has been 2 months without any proper answer. So I will consider this is not a feature that Square up supports and there is no plan to ever support this.

I'm also having this issue and need a resolution ASAP. We take orders over the phone in our florist shop (processed on square register)  and when we're out in the flower field (processed via the POS android app). Neither give us options to schedule a LOCAL delivery with a delivery date. On the register, we can mark orders as "shipping" but this is unusable as we can't add a delivery date. On the app we don't have any delivery options at all, only pick up or curbside pick up. 

 

Can someone from square provide some answers please? This is causing us significant issues with staff not adding delivery dates to printed tickets, or tickets not being printed all together! @violet2
