Who is my Account Manager

In the past we have had an Account Manager with Square.  

I recently reached out trying to get the new Account Manager's name and email and have had no luck.   I am considering upgrading our Square POS or moving away from Square and switching to a competitor.  I would like to speak with an Account Manager before I decide.  Can anyone assist with finding out how I can contact an Account Manager?

Hello, I have the same issue. I have contacted the Customer Service which informed me they would transfer to my account manager. This was a week ago and got no response so far. I called and left voicemail and also sent a follow up email and nobody replied. Can someone help? Thank you
