Where are my funds?

I have several sales from last week that still haven't gone into my bank account..... 

Has this ever happened to anyone? 

It doesn't have the message saying I could instantly transfer funds..... 

Idk where it's at.

If you are still missing these transactions, please let me know. Also, some of these may not apply to you. I want to make sure I have outlined all things to check for anyone that may come across this post. 

 

First, Check Your Balance
  1. View Transfer Status

    1. Dashboard →
      Balance →
      Transfer History
      1. Look for pending transfers
      2. Check for any holds
      3. Review transfer schedule
  2. Review Transaction History
    1. Dashboard →
      Transactions →
      Filter by date →
      Verify sales amounts
Common Reasons for Delayed Transfers
  1. Account Verification

    • New bank account verification
    • Recent bank changes
    • Security reviews
  2. Transfer Schedule

    • Weekend/holiday delays
    • Cut-off time issues
    • Schedule changes
Quick Checks
  1. Verify Bank Details

    • Correct account linked
    • Account is active
    • No recent changes
  2. Review Notifications

    • Check email for Square notices
    • Look for security alerts
    • Check for verification requests
Important Questions
  1. Have you recently changed banks?
  2. Have you received any emails from Square?

If you can't locate the funds:

  1. Call Square Support: 1-855-700-6000
  2. Have transaction details ready
  3. Note dates and amounts

How do you have your payments set up? Do you have them nightly at a certain time? Were they card swiped at your business or invoices sent out? Sorry for all the questions but easier to get you to the right person assp.
