When using the POS as a shared device how do I get the correct name on booked by information

We are using the appointment app on the square dual screen POS. We have a receptionist that unlocks the POS to cash out customers and reschedule their next appointment using her 4 digit pin. When she does this it shows the incorrect name for "booked by". It should show the receptionist's name but instead it shows the name of the provider. How do I fix this? Thank you!
