When I click on the Add to cart button I get the following: No tax rate found for the region ().

I get this on the web site version of my site but not on the mobile site.  I am new with creating my site.  Couldn't figure out why the shipping wasn't showing on checkout (didn't realize I needed to add my address in the checkout).  I later deleted my email and address from the screen.  Now I get the error and also if I click on my shopping cart i get "there was an error, please try again".

Please help!

I fixed the problem.  What I had done above screwed up the cookie on my browser (Edge).  The website worked on FireFox, so I deleted my cookies in Edge and now the application works again in Edge.
