These include updates stuck with QuickBooks, whereby the software freezes in an update due to other factors such as slow internet, meddling virus scanners, corrupted files, or lack of enough system resources. Check your internet, disable any security software, or perform QuickBooks as an administrator and restart your computer. Other optional messages are to use the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool.
