I’m missing key features in QuickBooks Desktop. What could be causing this issue? Any suggestions?

I think you posted in the wrong forum as this is a Square forum and we can help you with Square issues and maybe some QuickBook issues.  But your best bet would be to contact QuickBooks Support for your product.
