Weebly website down

Hi, I created a website (https://www.vivekanandadas.com/) a few months back using weebly. This website goes down every now and then. And then automatically it comes back. The experience had been extremely disappointing and I feel I wasted couple hundred dollars spending on Weebly. Could you please help me fix the issue?

What exactly does the website do?  

Do you have access to your domain dashboard to troubleshoot? or Did you purchase it from Square?

Have you tried different browsers when this occurs?

How is your internet service?
