Weebly System Issues

Is weebly having system issues this weekend?  I am trying to edit items on my website pages and I am not able to move them around, or if I can, it only lets me move it one at a time.  I have to organize my items in size order and I have 50+ items to each page.  I've never had this happen before.

Oh no! That sounds frustrating @simplyskate.

We had a 1 minute outage today, but it wasn't impacting the editor, just certain sites were down very briefly.

Is this still occurring? What browser are you using? I'll await your reply and have a nice rest of your Sunday 💫

I was using both Google & Internet explorer this weekend and both systems are not allowing me to move my items up/down on the web pages. I spoke with support yesterday & they were not helpful.

I spoke with @AdamB and we think you may be moving items around within the featured items section - which would cause them to be slow. 

Can you try going to custom selection then switching to one of these auto-sorting options?

Please let me know if that does or does not work 🌟

Switch to one of those options would not work for my page as each item that is listed in the featured section only has 1 size/style.  They are in size order & moving them from that order would not make sense or make it easy to shop.

That is the only solution I can think of at the moment. What did our Support Team suggest?

Nothing really, just that if I’m not using the category option then the featured section will be slow because of the number of items I have listed within featured.

Is there a solution to this yet?  I moved my items into categories to organize on my website because I was told that it's easier to move item around.  I need to do the custom organization because of having this in size order, however; moving items is still problematic and is not working.  Meaning, I can pull an item up or down to where it's supposed to go, but it does not actually move.
