Weebly App

I have set up my online store through Weebly connected with square. I have the Weebly App but when I log in it asks me to log in with Square credentials. I do that but then get an error message saying my account is not supported?? Can anyone tell me what I need to do to have it supported and that I can log into it? Thanks heaps

Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your Square Online account! 

 

It sounds like you may have a Weebly Classic website registered to the same email address as your Square account. Because Square Online is built by Weebly, when you create a Square Online website Weebly creates a parallel new Weebly account to manage this.

 

If you already have a Weebly account registered with the same email address, it's not able to create a new one to link with your Square account.

A quick solution would be to change the email address on your Square account to one that has not been used in the past for Square or Weebly. Hi Seamus,

 

I have just tried that, changed my email address in my square account and then went back in to weebly app and I still have the same error message that my account is not supported.

 

is there anything in Weebly that I need to change?

If that didn't work I'm not sure what your next step would be in troubleshooting this one!

 

Support are going to be far better placed to help you with this issue - they'll be able to take a look into your account, how it is set up and advise on a path forward from there 👍
