My website states that I am “not taking payments” and my website is not secure. I transferred to a Squarespace domain and have added the correct A record. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting my website on square. Anyone have suggestions for a fix?
Unfortunately the volunteer Community members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support. We don't have the ability to look at what settings or changes have been made to a user account. You may want to contact Support for assistance. Just curious, you stated that you transferred to Squarespace domain - that may be a bit confusing as Squarespace and Square are two totally different companies so providing more info would be helpful. The community members here do have a lot of hands on experience using Square and it's Hardware so it's possible with more info, some may have some thoughts - else, contacting Tech Support would be your next step.
