We inventory

I recently started using the inventory faculty and as stock sold out, it came up as sold out, crossed out in red.
This was both on the iPhone and iPad. 
Today for some reason, it registers that the stock has been sold but it does not advise now when the product is sold out.

Why would this be the case?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

I'm going to follow this up further for you - I have a feeling this may have been part of a test that was running on this feature ahead of launch, but in any case I'll see what the current situation with it is and be back in touch!
