Square is actively making the app worse. If you are phasing out open tickets you should make sure that all of the functionality is transferred to the orders process before removing the function from open tickets. When the first update happened, we were unable to convert open tickets to invoices. We are still unable to do that and now we cannot even sort our open tickets alphabetically anymore. The sort open tickets option has disappeared and instead the option now is to sort by Customer Name NOT ticket name. disgusting. I have to come to this message board every month and post about how much worse the app is for our business with seemingly no one at square giving 2 pieces of poop. This is NOT how to treat customers.

Also you used to be able to sort by when you most recently added something to a ticket / amended / viewed it. Now its by when it was created. That doesn’t help bars that run open tabs for example to see when the last drink ordered was. This is a downgrade.
