Way to pull from the same inventory when listing online and selling in person

We sell one of a kind pieces and we sell them at our shop and online.  Is there a way to have a master inventory where if it sells in one or the other place the inventory adjusts accordingly?

@Mapsandartyou can sync items between online, in person, and multiple locations. When you create or edit an item, you can toggle the option for "mark as sold out":

I have a follow up question.  If I have a piece listed online for $15 and at our store for $10.  Someone decides they want to buy it, when I try to send an invoice via our store it shows the $10 price and doesn't give the option for the online price.  Is there a way to switch prices?

Hi I can't seem to find the toggle button "mark as sold out"?  do I have to have an online store through square for me to see this option?  I have multiple locations but it isn't showing me that option

Hello @Mapsandart 👋

You'll want to make sure you are using your Item library withing the Square Dashboard.

From there, select the item and scroll down to variations, select the variation name and a pop-up window will appear. Click Manage Stock. The toggle should be in that screen.

Let me know if you run into any issues!

Thank you.
