Virtual terminal. have entered payment information multiple times. info is correct. won't charge

This is a repeat customer, charge has worked before. have entered payment info multiple times, red line at top keeps saying enter payment information. help!

Are you using Google Chrome to try and take this payment on your Virtual Terminal? 

 

This could be the reason it's giving you that issue. 

 

Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick.
