In your Square Dashboard, try following these steps to view past transactions
1) From the homepage, click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner
2) Go down to reports
3) Click on "Sales Summary"
4) On the left hand side, you should be able to choose a date range for transactions dating back as far as you need
