Im constantly asked to log in, then.it says it's going to send verification code to the mobile number but never does, how do I access the money I've taken?

If you no longer have access to the mobile number linked to your 2-Step Verification, you’ll need to contact our Support Team by phone. They can verify your details and temporarily disable 2-Step Verification, allowing you to log in with your email and password.
Once you're back into your account, you’ll be able to re-enable 2-Step Verification and update your mobile number.
