Upgrading to Weebly promote

I have been trying to upgrade the Weebly promote to no avail.. We have contacted customer service multiple times email with no success until it was upgraded by internal personnel with my approval, It was upgraded for a month. I wanted to upgrade again for a year the same problem as before when we get to the payment page, the drop down menus are empty to choose your country, this is the third time it has happened, has anyone had the same problem?...

Hi @mary1958 not sure so check with customer service but I think there are changes happening with the marketing package where Square are encouraging a move to the Square Marketing Package. I used to use the Weebly Promote but was advised to signup up to Square Marketing. There are some slight functionality differences, but not far off being the same. I would chat to your customer service and perhaps take a look at the Square Marketing instead. We moved over, it's pretty good, there are a few difference but on the whole very similar.
