Unable to sync Square to Woo Commerce

Gday, Up until last month I've had no problem syncing my Square product file to my Woo Commerce website. The sync gets as far as one record that is missing a SKU and then just loops withe the same msg and not completing the sync update.

"Could not import "Plate Guide 537 27 13 02" from Square. Variations with missing SKUs cannot be imported."

Ive checked my Square and the product doesn't exsist, it was a "One Time Item" that was added to an invoice. Ive tried to create a record for it and that was fine, still shows the above msg when the sync runs. Deleted the record and still same msg.

Im at my witts end.

While Square integrates with WooCommerce to process payments, the integration itself is built and managed by WooCommerce. For this reason, any WooCommerce-specific questions or issues need to be directed through to their Support Team by submitting a ticket.

If their Support Team come back to you with some steps to complete on your Square account, and you require further assistance at that point, definitely get in touch with us to let us know. 🙂
