I have tried emailing a ticket and using the chatbot thing but no result as yet.
My domain expired (I wasn't warned but still my fault I guess)! And desperately trying to renew it but just keep getting an error as below
There is a problem with your account resulting from a currency incompatibility. Please contact customer support to resolve (error code: currency_mismatch).
I cant understand how there can be a mismatch, everything is just GBP Uk sterling; everything worked fine before it expired.
Losing orders now - nightmare.

This is now sorted. Took a 30 min call and 2 call transfers.
I think it all stemmed from me cancelling a standing order for auto payment with my bank without changing to a new payment method on weebly. So I guess it tried to take payment, couldnt and things went pear shaped- who knows!
