I AM WRITING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER BUSINESS FOR HELP:
URGENT - NEED HELP. Hello, we have a seller account for our business. For the past 5 days, we haven't been able to log in. The password that always worked, hasn't. So I hit the "reset password" linked to our email about a half dozen times and still every time, no email comes in!
So I can't reset it and I can't talk to Square without signing in to get a code BUT I can't sign in.
We need to sign in to use our account. I don't know what to do? I've emailed Square with no response. URGENT. Need help, PLEASE?
Hi @HELP4 I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding the other account. I strongly recommend you have the owner of the other account write in, as we cannot provide advice or account specifics for another account without the account owner present.
You may also want to reach out to them to confirm the sign in information to make sure you have everything right.
HI, the reset password is sent to the original email that was used when the account was opened.
If you changed your email at any time in the past in all sections and areas YOU can see, the ORIGINAL email that was used at signup is still the same email Square will use to recognize you with. This is where the reset email is going.
