Trying to send an invoice, getting an email saying the customer email is invalid when it is valid.

Trying to send an invoice, getting an email saying the customer email is invalid when it is valid. I saw other posts on this from years ago that are closed now and the solution offered was that it's on the carrier end or the email inbox is full. I send emails directly all the time to this address with no issue, is there a fix I'm missing here?

Update: Emailing a contract doesn't get bounced message, though it was not received either.

This is likely an issue on the customer's end. 

Besides their inbox being full, there are other reasons why emails might be rejected. 

 

It is possible the carrier offers custom spam filters and they are blocking your Square-generated emails from reaching you customer's inbox. 

If they have found one of the Invoices in their spam folder, they can simply mark it as safe so they can receive future Invoices.
