Trusting Suare

After the two outages in the last 2 weeks I find myself wary of putting all my eggs in one basket, so I have made sure I have another invoicing system ready to go at a moment's notice.  I had been liking Square a lot up until the first outage, then the second one really shook my confidence in Square.  I am cautiously invoicing through Square again.

 

I am curious about other people's responses to what happened, what steps people may be taking to protect themselves in case this happens again, or worse.
