I am new to Square and used our current email address for our business to sign up for the account, but we don't use it much and it turns out that in order to change your email you have to have access to the old one. On top of that, our deposit now shows suspended and we have no way of figuring out why and we need those funds. Any tips?

That is quite the pickle you have going on. Since this is so account specific, I would recommend contacting our Support Team directly via email.
You can use the new email, if you'd like. They will ask you to verify some information and be able to assist you from there.
