Each time I do an instant transfer to my bank for my daughters medicine the transfer comes back to square. There is nothing wrong with the bank I am depositing to as I'm still able to do transactions just fine...square support said it was due to the recent outage however it is still not working..please help..I have to get medicine for my daughter

Have you been able to do instant transfers before? If so, there may just have been a glitch in the system causing the card to not work. I'd recommend heading over to Dashboard -> Account -> Account & Settings -> Banking -> Transfers , unlinking your card, and relinking it. You may have to do the thing where Square deposits then withdraws a few small transactions and you verify the amounts, but that should clear this up.
If this is the first time setting up Instant Transfers or it hasn't worked for you before, your bank's debit card may not be compatible with Square's systems. Check this help file for further details about what will and won't work.
Unfortunately, processing transactions doesn't automatically mean instant transfers will work. The usual daily deposits rely on an ACH payment to a bank account number while instant transfers utilize the account's debit card.

Hi thanks..yes I have been doing them for years to the same account as normal...and as recently as the 8th of this month..

Definitely try relinking your card from the dashboard. Also, if you've recently gotten a new card for that account verify the new numbers match the old ones. There was one time my bank issued a new card with different numbers. Took me a while to troubleshoot the instant transfer issues because I never thought to look at the new card's numbers!
