Transfer payment to different item

After reconciling I realised that a couple of payments have been processed to the wrong item.

Can I change the item without issuing a refund?

Hi, @MelMac, thanks for reaching out with your query. It's nice to see new faces popping up in the Seller Community!


This is a great question, at this stage, there isn't a way to edit the item included in a previous transaction without issuing any refund or processing an exchange (only available via Square Retail at this time).

Without issuing a refund, the only real option here is to make a note for your own records of the correct items that were processed and then manually adjust your stock via your Item Library.
