i have a receipt from a client for $170. This transaction does not appear on my report. This transaction is not with credit/debit card of client receipt is for. It does have my Company name on the receipt. As of this time, no transaction has been added to the clients credit card statement. Please advise.

If you're having trouble locating the payment in the Transactions section of your app or Dashboard, try using the different search options outlined in these steps to look up payments using different transaction details.
I’d also recommend checking the payment method used for this transaction. In some cases, the payment may have been made with a gift card or another form of tender, such as cash, which can affect how it appears in your transaction history. If your search is filtered to a single payment method (for example, “card”), the transaction may not appear in your default results.
