Transactions not deducting inventory

We noticed that for some odd reason, our transactions aren't deducting from inventory.
It randomly stopped at 11:30 am earlier today.

I'm on the phone with support, but they said that there currently is no support available for me.

So much for the 24/7 support.

Is anyone else seeing this?

I also want to make sure others having this problem.

Yes - I am new to Square, but we had an open house on Sunday March 26, 2023 and now we're noticing none of the sales were deducted from inventory. WTH

Hello JJ - My business is new and I'm not sure. We sold a lot of products at my grand opening and we noticed the inventory is still the same. I'll keep an eye on it as we sell and I'll get back with you.
