Hi @purplepelican. It sounds like you just don’t have the proper POS configuration. Do this:
- From your POS screen, click on “More”
- Click on Settings and enter your code
- In the “Add-ons” section, click the + and select Shifts to install that Add On.
- Toggle “Track team member time” on and adjust other settings as needed.
After doing this, the clock in/out icon should appear. You might have to force quit and restart POS, but I doubt it.
